Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sonisk Business Academy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines Sonisk Business Academy’s approach to refund requests and cancellations for our coaching programs, courses, and community access.

2. Course and Program Eligibility

This policy applies to all paid offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Individual course modules (Offer Development, Tech Stack Setup, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Bundled/course packages

  • Private Discord community access and coaching services including “Accelerated Rank & Rent” and “TL;DR Let’s Make Money”

3. Cancellation Deadlines & Process

  • Course Enrollment: Customers may cancel their enrollment within 7 calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund, provided they have not accessed more than the first module.

  • Coaching/Consulting Services: Coaching packages or one-on-one sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of that session’s fee. Cancellations under 48 hours may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Conditions

Refund requests will be considered only if submitted within the applicable time window and the content accessed is minimal:

  • The user has not completed more than 10% of any module, or has not participated in more than one group coaching session.

  • Proof of access (e.g., timestamps, progress logs) may be requested to confirm eligibility.

If these conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.

  • The user has accessed beyond 10% of course content or participated in coaching sessions.

  • There has been misuse of resources or breach of Academy terms.

  • The request falls under exclusions described in the Terms & Conditions.

6. Credit & Rescheduling Options

  • Credit for Future Services: Instead of a refund, users may request a credit (valid for 12 months) equal to the purchase value.

  • Rescheduling Coaching Sessions: Customers may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-show sessions without prior notice are considered used and are non-refundable.

Include:

  • Your full name and email used for purchase

  • Course or program name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process refunds within 5 business days.

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Promotional Access or Discounts: Special promotional packages (e.g., limited-time bundles) may have separate terms. These will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevented reasonable access within the refund window, please explain the issue with relevant details; we may consider it case-by-case.

  • Force Majeure: If you're affected by events beyond your control (e.g. health emergencies), contact us; we offer flexibility and may arrange alternative solutions.

9. Policy Changes

Sonisk Business Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to new enrollments only and will be clearly posted on our website under "Terms & Conditions" and "Refund Policy."
